John  has extensive educational experience spanning 35 years. Having worked in and led schools over a 20 year period John spent 15 years in the educational software industry, where he formed, led, and developed a highly successful UK software and educational services company.  John’ s knowledge and wide experience is highly valued by Headteachers and LAs striving to achieve and sustain continuing school improvement. He now works on a consultancy and training basis for individual and groups of schools, Children’s Centres and local authorities.
